Why no subscription
ReptiCare accompanies animals that live twenty years and more. An app meant for such timescales should not hold out its hand every month and certainly should not lock data behind a paywall when a subscription lapses.
Hence: one purchase, ten francs, done. No account with us, no advertising, no tracking, no third-party analytics SDK. ReptiCare is developed in Switzerland by one person: The purchase funds exactly that.
Questions about buying
Really no subscription?
No subscription. A single purchase in the app, through the App Store or Google Play. After that, never another payment, not even for features added later.
And if I stop paying later on?
There is nothing to stop. The purchase is one-time, and Pro stays unlocked.
Does the purchase apply to all my devices?
Yes, within one store: on iPhone, iPad and Mac with the same Apple ID, on Android with the same Google account. The purchase cannot be transferred between iPhone and Android. If Pro is missing after reinstalling: “Restore purchase” in the settings.
What happens to my data if I do not buy?
Nothing. The free version stays fully usable, and your two animals and their records remain.
Can I get a refund for Pro?
Refunds go through Apple or Google, under their terms. You request them directly there, not from us.
The price shown by the App Store or Google Play is what counts. The purchase is handled by Apple or Google.
